Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. All other sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, email us at sales@thegameogre.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are never eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Event preregistration fees

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
