Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@thegameogre.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the damage if possible. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
